**5-Day Residential Training of Trainers in Employability Skills for PWDs by CRC Patna**

CRC Patna recently conducted a *5-day residential Training of Trainers (ToT)* program focused on enhancing employability skills for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). The training aimed to empower trainers with the necessary skills to guide PWDs toward gainful employment.

Participants learned about vocational training techniques, soft skills development, and inclusive workplace practices. Expert-led sessions covered communication, teamwork, interview preparation, and job retention strategies, all tailored to the needs of PWDs.
