About Us

Composite Regional Centre for Skill Development, Rehabilitation and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (CRC), Patna was established under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities(Divyangjan), Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India. This Centre at Patna became functional in the year 2009. It is under the administrative control of National Institute for the Locomotor Disability(Divyangjan), Kolkata. It aims to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to the persons with disabilities in eastern India region. The basic aim of setting up this Centre is to create the resources and infrastructure required for developing services for persons with disabilities, including human resource development in the field of disability rehabilitation.
